Hadlow Flooring Details

Authentic natural oak and the convenient benefits of engineered wood make this flooring worthy of modern residential and commercial spaces. Hadlow floors score high on all aspects that are important to the modern quality-conscious buyer – convenience, stunning looks, durability and affordability.

Hadlow floors are available in prime and rustic grade varieties.

Hadlow floors come with a tough inner core layer made of superior quality plywood, bonded together through a pressing process under pre-set conditions. The top layer, responsible for their stunning looks, is made of natural oak wood.

The top layer is also the wear layer, which determines the longevity of the floor and its ability to retain its looks for a long time.

The multi-layer construction of Hadlow floors gives them immense strength to resist damage from environmental changes. Exposure to changes in moisture and temperature can cause wood to shrink, expand or change shape, adversely impacting floor stability.

The inner core layer in these floors helps minimise such deformation thereby preventing the risks of an unstable floor. Problems such as buckling and gapping that are common in standard solid wood floors, are greatly reduced in Hadlow floors.

Hadlow wood floors come with a fantastic 5.5mm wear layer. This means your floor can be sanded and refinished more than 5 times during its lifetime. Sanding and refinishing are important to keep your floor looking good down the years.

Over years, floors can develop deep scratches and stains from daily use. When the damage is so great that the floor has developed uncleanable stains and deeper scratches, sanding and refinishing can be applied to get your floor surface to as good as new. The thicker the wear layer, the greater the count of sanding and refinishing acceptable by the floor.

Hadlow floors are 20mm thick and are compatible with underfloor heating. These floors go with different subfloors including wood and concrete.

Hadlow floors are great for those looking for of solid wood flooring but with practical conveniences. Looking to upgrade your space with rich wood but practical flooring? Look no further than Hadlow floors.
